Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once ordered or delivered the printed/digital books. Once you made the payment, you will get the downloadable link directly for the digital books. And once you downloaded the item, we can’t exchange or refund for that. This exchange or refund policy is also applicable for the printed books as the shipment will be well packed by our courier team.
Refunds (if applicable):
Manicheppu Online Publishing Company can give a refund method if the customer can’t download the product due to our website error. The first choice will be to give the chance to download the product again. Still, the customer has faced the same issue, we will refund the paid money by the customer. But the customer should provide a screenshot of the error faced while downloading the item. And also, a customer can apply for a refund, if the downloaded product can’t open due to an error from our side.
For canceling a Subscription/classified advertisement the subscriber/buyer has to send a written request for the same by post or email to [email protected]. After getting written confirmation from the subscriber/buyer, the balance amount after deducting the already dispatched issues/the amount being paid for publishing classified advertisement will be refunded to the subscriber within 15 working days. Overseas subscribers have to provide a local address (in India) for the refund of the balance amount. All refunds will be made in Indian Rupee only. In the event of non-receipt or damage of any issue/consignment, a substitute copy will be sent to the customer without any additional charge. No refund will be allowed to any already dispatched issue/consignments will be entertained.
