The shooting of the film Samhaara Thaandavam, based on a prominent political murder that shook Kerala, has been completed in Thiruvananthapuram. Produced by Sunil Nair and Girish K.R. under the banner of SG Productions, the film is directed by debutant Jinesh Mukundan.
Actor Viyan, who made his debut as a hero in Aikkarakkonathe Bhishagwaranmar and later appeared in films like Mamankam and Oru Thathvika Avalokanam, also impressed as a villain in the Tamil film Satta Minitri Mutham Tha starring Vijay Sethupathi and Selvaraghavan. He plays a powerful role in Samhaara Thaandavam.
Firoz, known for his performances in Manjadikuru by Anjali Menon, Mummy & Me by Jeethu Joseph, and Reporter, along with Rishi Suresh, known for Naalam Mura and Oru Vadakkan Pranaya Parvam, also appear in lead roles alongside Viyan.
The film moves through a political murder that shook Kerala, along with other contemporary incidents in the state, revealing certain truths that the world needs to know-some truly shocking realities.
Director Jinesh Mukundan and cinematographer-editor Vishnu Royal, both known for their work in several short films, have come together for this project. Their debut feature film, Samhaara Thaandavam, is crafted to appeal to audiences, incorporating all the essential elements of an engaging cinematic experience.
